Multi-purpose Mi-8AMT helicopter (export designation is Mi-171) is a modern modification of Mi-8/Mi-17. The helicopter is produced at the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant. Mi-8AMT (MI-171) helicopter is designed for a wide range of tasks, such as: transportation of passengers and cargo, transportation of bulky cargo on external load sling, search and rescue operations, casualty evacuation operations.
